100% - $150 per transaction with no monthly fees.
We also pay for Errors & Omissions Insurance and offer free REO training and leads.

Do we offer company email and web pages?
Yes, we offer both at no additional cost. You can
request those by sending email to support@myusrealty.com.
How often are agents/brokers paid?
All checks are cut and mailed every Friday.
How are commission/earnest money handled?
Our agents/brokers make deposits directly into our
accounts and fax us a copy of the check and deposit slip as proof. All details are provided on compliance checklist available
on our secure website under Forms tab.
Do we hold earnest money?
Yes. Deposit instructions are on our secure website.
What commission rate can we charge the clients?
Any rate the agent/broker wants as long as it does
not violate state, local, and anti-trust laws.
How much E&O insurance coverage do you have?
Currently we have $2,000,000 E&O coverage.
What REO leads do you offer?
We have contacts with over 2,500 asset management
companies and over 10,000 banks and lenders throughout US. We currently work with and sell REO properties for most of the largest companies including Bank of America and Chase.
